"Lynexn" refers to Lynexn Inc., the provider of the Lynexn Protect and Lynexn Connect services.
"You" and "Your" refers to the individual or entity that accesses or uses the LynexnPROTECT services.
"Services" refers to the LynexnPROTECT web application security platform and all related services provided
by Lynexn.
"Website" refers to https://www.lynexn.com and any other websites and sub-domains owned and operated by Lynexn.
"Content" refers to any and all information and content provided through the Services including but not
limited to text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music, videos, interactive features and the
like.
3. Access and Use
To access the Services, You must purchase a subscription plan. Subscription plans are offered on either a
monthly or annual recurring basis. Plans automatically renew until canceled. Lynexn reserves the right to
change subscription plans or pricing with 30 days notice.
You agree to use the Services only for their intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Sharing login credentials or using the Services for illegal or unauthorized purposes is strictly prohibited.
Lynexn may terminate your access at any time for any reason. We use a license system via the consumer's
domain that was put while ordering to detect a genuine license, if the product is there but there is no
license, the screen will be overlayed with an error message and the security featuers will not be enabled.
4. Intellectual Property
The intellectual property provided through the Services is owned by or licensed to Lynexn. You do not
acquire any ownership rights by accessing the Services. Any use of Content for purposes other than as
authorized through the Services requires express written approval.
Data Privacy & Security
Lynexn uses industry standard measures to protect the security of data submitted to or stored through the
Services. However, no data transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. You are responsible
for maintaining security of any login credentials provided. Lynexn shall not be responsible for unauthorized
access to or acquisition of Your data.
We will not sell or rent Your personal information to third parties. Information may be disclosed as
required by law, subpoena or other legal means. Lynexn utilizes user data to improve and operate the
Services.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
THE SERVICES AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS", "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES. TO THE FULLEST
EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL LYNEXN BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING FROM THEIR USE OR
UNAVAILABILITY. IN NO EVENT SHALL LYNEXN'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED SUMS ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU IN THE PRIOR
TWELVE MONTHS.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Lynexn harmless from any claim or demand made by any third party due to or
arising out of Your use or misuse of the Services in violation of these Terms of Service.
8. Termination
These Terms of Service will continue to apply until terminated by either You or Lynexn. Lynexn may terminate
these Terms for any reason with notice. No refunds are
provided except as required by law. Any chargebacks to any payment without approval from the Lynexn Support Team will cause your
license to be terminated, meaning the said Purchased Product will no longer work on your website or system, and possibly terminate you from any future purchases in the future.
9. General Provisions
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States. The Services shall not be exported in violation
of export laws. If any part is unenforceable, the rest shall remain valid and in effect. Our failure to
enforce any term shall not constitute a waiver. This agreement and any policies constitute the entire
agreement between You and Lynexn.
