Lynexn Connect is a collaborative business management platform designed to help organizations manage teams, communication, data, and workflows securely and efficiently.
- Data Collected: We collect user profile information (name, email, role), team messages, uploaded files and media, usage metrics, and organizational metadata necessary to provide and maintain the service.
- Data Usage: Data is used to facilitate collaboration within organizations, manage user permissions, enable messaging and file sharing, and improve platform performance. Data is not used to train external AI models or shared outside your organization except as described below.
- Permissions & Access: Organization administrators control access levels and permissions of team members. Lynexn staff with database access permissions may view your organization's data solely for operational, support, or legal purposes. Access is strictly limited and monitored. Lynexn does not otherwise access your organization’s private content.
- Security Measures: We implement industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access controls and auditing help prevent unauthorized access. However, no system is completely secure; users must safeguard their login credentials.
- Data Sharing & Third Parties: Your data remains within your organization unless you choose to share it externally. Lynexn may share data with trusted service providers (e.g., cloud hosting, payment processors) under strict confidentiality agreements. Lynexn is not responsible for third-party services’ privacy practices.
- Data Retention: Data is retained as long as your organization maintains an active subscription. Upon deletion or termination, data is removed from active systems, with residual backups purged within 30 days.
- User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for managing their accounts securely and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. Organizations must prevent unauthorized access and illegal content uploads.
- Incident Response: Lynexn has procedures to detect and respond to data breaches or unauthorized access, including notifying affected users as required by law.
- Data Portability: Users may export their organization data at any time by contacting support.
- International Transfers: Data may be stored or processed outside your jurisdiction. Lynexn ensures appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with applicable laws.

While Lynexn is not responsible for any breaches or issues caused, we commit to responding and resolving problems as quickly as possible.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain data as long as necessary to provide services or meet legal obligations. Users may request deletion by contacting help@lynexn.com. Deleted data is removed from active databases, but residual backups may persist for up to 30 days.
